HOW IT WORKS

How to use the step sequencer.

Each row represents a drum sound. Each column is one sixteenth note in 4/4. Four groups of four steps create one bar. Tap a step once for a hit and again for an accent; a third tap turns it off.

Start with a rock, house, half-time, hip-hop or offbeat pattern, then adjust tempo and swing. Your draft saves locally; sharing copies a link that contains the beat. Audio is synthesized in the browser.
